Hello! I’m Wendy Attmore, a licensed clinical social worker offering online therapy to adults across Tennessee and North Carolina. I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, ADHD, and more, through a compassionate, values-based approach.
As a recovering perfectionist, I’ve learned the power of meeting life’s challenges with radical acceptance and self-compassion. I know firsthand that fulfillment doesn’t come from doing everything “right,” but from living a life aligned with your core values. Now, I help others do the same, whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or just ready for change.
My clients are often working through issues like grief, relationship struggles, parenting stress, communication difficulties, OCD, or the long-term impact of childhood experiences. Many are navigating women’s issues, men’s emotional health, or exploring identity as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. In every case, I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you can build insight, heal, and grow at your own pace.
I’ve called the Nashville area home for over 14 years, where I live with my husband, two sons, and our dog, Boone. Outside of therapy, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family.
