About Wendy
Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker. I’m a recovering perfectionist who has learned the transformative power of embracing life’s ups and downs with radical acceptance and self-compassion. Through my own journey, I’ve discovered that true fulfillment comes not from striving for perfection, but from living a life aligned with my core values.
Now, I help others let go of unrealistic expectations, cultivate self-compassion, and focus on what truly matters to them. With a compassionate, values-based approach, I empower my clients to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and authenticity, fostering self-acceptance and purposeful living every step of the way.
I have lived in the Nashville area for over 14 years with my husband, two sons, and my dog Boone. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling to new destinations and spending time with my family.
